PROTECTION CAP 250
Protection Cap 250FR is a fire resistant polyester
reinforced SBS modified bitumen cap
sheet for use with CCW-500R waterproofing and
roofing systems. It features a tough, 250 g/m²
nonwoven polyester mat that is saturated and
coated with a blend of SBS rubber and high
quality asphalt. This combination provides
excellent elongation and flexibility with good tensile
strength, toughness and puncture resistance.
The covering layer of ceramic-coated roofing
granules, available either in black or white,
provides durability along with superior resistance
to damage from foot traffic. In addition, the
white granules offer improved heat reflectivity
and resistance to temperature stress.
