$789 Billion Stimulus Plan Opens the Door for Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing Incorporated

The U.S. House of Representatives and Senate recently passed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, a $789 billion measure intended to jumpstart the struggling American economy. Approximately $131 billion of this landmark economic package will be devoted to construction-related activities.
